Cara Guthrie is a ceramicist in Highland Perthshire, Scotland, making wheel-thrown stoneware tableware in earthy, layered glazes. Her elegant silhouettes balance glazed and unglazed clay so each piece is tactile to hold, and she now works with wild and waste materials to deindustrialise her practice.
